Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC) is the only organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the uniquely American art form — JAZZ! To this end, JALC has placed music education at the core of its mission. Today, over two-thirds of JALC's annual programming is educational in nature, reaching more than 1,000,000 individuals of all ages. Through the global distribution of comprehensive curricula and direct musical instruction, Jazz at Lincoln Center impacts more than 60,000 students and teachers annually.

Years of research show that the performing arts are closely linked to almost everything as a nation we want for our children and demand from our schools: academic achievement, social and emotional development, civic engagement, and equitable opportunity.

To ensure that jazz will be performed and appreciated, both now and in future generations, JALC needs your support.
