Since bursting onto the scene with anti-war anthem “Universal Soldier,” the Saskatchewan-born Cree artist Buffy Sainte-Marie has been applying her infinite creativity to music, art, education, and social justice. A performer as fiery as her lyrics, she brings her full band to The Appel Room for a high-powered set.
